The nurse promotes well-being through prevention and education, demonstrating clinical judgment, critical thinking, and performance in patient care coordination across various settings.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in state of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• At least 18 years of age
