Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations. The RN will collaborate with the care team and adhere to policies and the MN Nurse Practice Act.
The position is 0.4 FTE on the Day shift with no weekend rotation. The role requires MN RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire, and 1 year of procedural experience, including IV placement and anesthesia-related care.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.
Schedule: This position will be working 0.4 FTE (32 hours every two weeks) on the Day shift. The shift length is 8 hours and no weekend rotation.
