Job summary

Temple Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift at 333 Cottman Avenue. The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under physician direction, coordinating with family and health care team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years experience preferred in a clinical specialty, and active PA RN license or multi-state license plus Basic Life Support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
• Collaborates with the patient, patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care.
• Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
• Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area.
