Temple Health is seeking an RN for the Progressive Care Unit in Philadelphia. The role involves assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care during night shifts, following nursing process guidelines and collaborating with the care team to tailor plans for each patient.

Required are graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active PA RN license or Multi-State license. A BSN is required; 2 years of specialty experience is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
• 2 years experience in area of clinical specialty (Preferred).
• PA Registered Nurse License (Required) Or Multi State Compact RN License (Required).

Responsabilidades

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients.
• Uses the nursing process to plan and individualized patient care.
• Directs nursing support staff according to standards and department policies.
• Collaborates with patients, families and health-care team to optimize outcomes.
