Qualifications

• Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN.
• One (1) year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's condition and nursing needs; set goals and prescribe nursing actions.
• Assess, intervene, and reassess pain and symptoms using standard scales.
• Educate patients about medications and potential side effects.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans.
• Maintain nursing standards and follow hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high patient satisfaction.
