About

Shift: Nights, 3x12’s with rotation to weekends

Department: Progressive Care Unit, CRMC

Compensation
  • Base Pay Range: $32.82 - $48.27 per hour, based on experience
  • Shift Differentials: Additional $2.75 per hour for evening shifts, $4.00 per hour for night shifts, $3.00 per hour for weekend shifts
  • Choose Between Sign-On Bonus -OR- Retention Rewards
  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
  • Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000
  • Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away
  • Retention Reward (Option 1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000
  • Student Loan Repayment (Option 2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000

Detailed Job Description

Assess patient conditions, set goals, prescribe nursing actions, and participate in quality improvement activities. Maintain standards of care, report observations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
  • Missouri RN license or multi-state license through Nurse Licensure Compact
  • At least 1 year of acute care or operating room RN experience
Preferred Qualifications

Additional licenses/certifications as required by the department.

Physical Demands

This active role involves ambulating, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs. It requires contact with contagious patients, working rotating shifts, including holidays and weather conditions.
