• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and interventions.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans for effectiveness.
