Job summary

Kettering Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Main Campus in Kettering to join a full-time night shift team. This role emphasizes clinical excellence and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

The RN will apply the nursing process, maintain professional standards, and participate in performance improvement activities, upholding KHN's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE) if they are a new graduate nurse.
• BSN preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire).
• A nurse who is returning to the acute care setting after five or more years may be required to provide evidence of a refresher course.
• BLS certification
• ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice
