Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $46.18 to $65.84, with 13 pay increments for up to 30 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team (psychiatric physician, social worker, CNA) to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program.
• Engage the local community by developing and delivering educational presentations, workshops, and seminars to promote mental health awareness and information about available resources.
• Provide insights and feedback on patient care processes, program development, and quality improvement initiatives; participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Graduation from a state‑approved school of nursing.
• Associate degree or higher in nursing.
