Job summary
Rochester Regional Health’s DeMay Living Center in Newark, NY seeks a Program Manager- Registered Nurse to supervise long-term care operations and ensure top-quality patient care. This role emphasizes leadership, coordination of care, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
- Current NYS RN license.
- BLS certification or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience on a nursing unit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform accurate documentation and charting.
Responsibilities
- Receives referrals for high-risk neurobehavioral cases and channels appropriately.
- Assesses patient needs and determines intervention plan.
- Plans discharge/continued care with patient/family.
- Leads staff and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with licensure and regulatory standards.
