Develops and sustains an environment that supports excellence in clinical practice and patient care. Provides patients with psychosocial and continued care planning interventions. Serves as a community liaison and provides education in compliance with applicable hospital, departmental, and governmental regulations and policies. Plans and directs the operational, budgetary, and personnel activities of a designated area. Focuses on customer service as it relates to patients, visitors, family members, staff, and physicians, including working collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure an efficient, team-based approach to the delivery of patient care. Active member of the facility's Quality Improvement committee. Guides assigned areas in the utilization of recognized improvement tools, data analysis, and outcome measures.
$75,000.00 - $105,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
