Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related Human Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of multiple enhanced nursing residential programs in a community setting.
• Direct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and onboarding.
• Make hiring, transfer, salary, and promotion decisions with State Director.
• Lead program growth, ensure quality and engagement, and align services to individuals served.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
