Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold current PA RN licensure or eNLC multi-state licensure.
• 1–3 years of experience in the field of specialty preferred.
• CEU or program area certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, develops, and administers plan of care and documents accordingly.
• Communicates with attending physician and involves them in clinical decisions as needed.
• Provides patient and family education tailored to individual needs.
• Coordinates care with patient, family, community services and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supports program administration including staffing coverage or marketing activities.
• Contributes to departmental and hospital performance improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
