Job summary

Qualifications

• PA RN license or eNLC licensure required.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Background Check.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive plan of care.
• Delivers and documents direct patient care and education.
• Monitors patient conditions to achieve positive outcomes.
• Directs and delegates care provided by ancillary staff.
