Job summary

Prometric is seeking experienced RNs to evaluate candidates pursuing CNA certification. You will proctor and score exams, ensure a secure and smooth testing experience, and travel to test events within a 30-mile radius of home location.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida RN license and have LTC experience. Responsibilities include site preparation, candidate greeting, issue resolution, and maintaining Prometric policies.

Qualifications

• RN with active, unrestricted Florida license.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in long-term care or caring for chronically ill.
• Staff development/training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proctor computerized CNA exam and observe candidates.
• Score candidates' clinical skill demonstrations.
• Maintain test event delivery and security for site.
• Prepare site rosters and ensure correct setup and cleanup.
• Greet examinees and verify identification; monitor exam flow.
• Address candidate issues and escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Protect exam content and reboot/reset workstations as required.
• Foster professional relations with testing sites and peers.
