Cooper Norcross Health in Moorestown is seeking a Procedural Nurse Coordinator to facilitate safe and coordinated care at Moorestown Multidisciplinary sites. This role requires nursing judgment and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to manage a designated patient group using the nursing process.

Leadership may be remote; you will assist in development and operations for the Moorestown site, focusing on acute care needs, patient safety, and cost-effective care.

Qualifications

• RN experience required for care coordination.
• Specialty GI or IR experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate and coordinate safe, comprehensive care for Moorestown Multidisciplinary site patients.
• Act as a professional caregiver within a multidisciplinary health care team and supervise a group of patients.
• Apply nursing process including therapeutic use of self; support local supervisory leadership.
• Contribute to development, operations, quality assurance and performance improvement projects.
