Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking an Oncology Nurse Coordinator to facilitate safe, comprehensive care for patients across Moorestown Oncology Multidisciplinary sites. The role involves coordinating a patient group through the nursing process and providing clinical leadership as needed.

The ideal candidate holds an NJ RN license, BLS, and ONCC certification within 6 months of hire, with 1+ year oncology RN experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year RN experience in Oncology setting required, 3-5 years preferred.
• Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
• Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse) and NJ-BLS Certification; Oncology Nursing Certification (ONCC) required or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate safe, comprehensive care for patients at Oncology Multidisciplinary sites.
• Serve as a caregiver responsible for a group of patients within a designated time frame using the nursing process.
• Leadership may be remote; assist in development and operations of the Cooper Moorestown Multidisciplinary site.
