Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking an Registered Nurse for PRN Nights to deliver compassionate care in a senior living setting. You will build relationships with residents, support families, and lead with clinical excellence.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license with knowledge of regulations, strong communication, and proficiency in Word/Excel and online systems. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a people‑centered community.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Delaware or eligible to practice
• Experience leading a team of caregivers
• Calm, clear communication with residents and families
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and electronic documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents during night shifts
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Document care using Word/Excel and online systems
• Collaborate with nursing team to coordinate care and support
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs
