Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our senior living teams. The role emphasizes compliance with regulations, strong leadership, and the ability to educate and mentor staff across shifts.

You will support day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and collaborate with the care team to schedule and resources efficiently. Watermark offers competitive wages and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• LPN license is required and active.
• 2-4 years of experience in assisted living settings.
• Proven survey history and compliance with regulations.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations governing care facilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience educating and mentoring staff.
• Excellent computer skills and software proficiency.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Experience using Yardi EHR Care systems.
• Ability to assist with scheduling associates as needed.
