Minimum Qualifications:

• Michigan RN license
• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's preferred)
• Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 1 year

Essential Functions:

• Perform care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and treatments
• Document patient care accurately
• Monitor and communicate patient status to the care team, physicians, and families
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility
• Coordinate care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, and referrals
• Provide education tailored to patient and family needs
• Advocate for patient well-being
