About the Role

As an RN in this unit, you will utilize your specialized skills to develop and implement patient care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your responsibilities include documenting care, monitoring patient status, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing education to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Michigan RN license
• Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• BLS-HCP certification
• PALS and ENPC certifications within one year of hire

Benefits and Compensation

• $7,500 sign-on bonus with a 24-month commitment
• Shift differentials: nights $2.60, weekends $2.00, afternoons $1.10, specialty certifications $1.00, plus incentive shifts and flexible scheduling
