Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Michigan RN license and an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's preferred). Additional requirements:

• Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 1 year

• Perform care interventions, medication administration, specimen collection, treatments
• Document patient care
• Monitor and communicate patient status
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Coordinate care across disciplines
• Educate patients and families
