Job description

A Brief Overview

UH Parma 3 Medical is an 18 bed unit. Patient ratio is 1:4-6. This is a Med Surg and Tele Observation unit. Many diagnoses; chest pain, nausea/vomiting, confusion, fall, stroke like symptoms, UTI, weakness, dizziness et cetera. Our unit has a broad range of experiences and age group of staff members with all different backgrounds. we see many different diagnoses and we have fast turnover with our patients.

Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
