Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you'll provide patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include assisting in individual treatment programs, administering medications, and documenting nursing encounters. Candidates must be graduates from an accredited nursing school, hold current RN licensure, and have CPR certification. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.

• Document nursing encounters using SOAP form of charting.
