Job summary

Texas Health Resources, Inc. is seeking an RN PRN III for Med Surg on the 3rd Floor North at Texas Health Alliance in Fort Worth, TX. The role is night-shift, PRN with a 12-hour schedule and minimum 6 shifts every six weeks, including 2 weekend shifts and 1 major/2 minor holidays.

Requirements include Nursing Diploma and Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. RN license and BCLS certification must be obtained prior to independent patient care.

Work hours

• PRN (As Needed) Night Shift - 6 minimum shifts per six week schedule
• 2 weekend shifts per six week schedule
• 1 major/2 minor holiday shift
• Ability to work 12 hours, 6 shifts in a 6 week schedule, based on unit staffing needs

Here’s What You Need

• Nursing Diploma required
• Associate's Degree Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Experience

• 1 year experience as a registered nurse required
• 1+ years’ experience as an RN on med surg is preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
