cardiac rhythm interpretation, pulse oximetry, hemodynamic measurements, and maintenance of BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
The role involves cross-training in all ED areas, participating in orientation, and supporting quality improvement activities.
minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care or emergency/Pediatric ICU, active Florida RN license, and required certifications.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Candidates without ED experience or new graduates may participate in a fellowship program, with a commitment to two years post-training.
strong critical thinking, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
