• CPR certification and Handle with Care Training completed during new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Document and reassess significant changes in the patient’s condition in line with policy.
• Prioritize and formulate a plan of care based on patient assessment.
• Prescribe and coordinate nursing care to patients during episodes of care.
• Comply with infection control measures, OSHA regulations, and risk management.
