Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, ADN, or Diploma RN Degree
• Three (3) years RN experience with current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Nursing Certification
• BSN (preferred); CCM or ACM certification

Additional Responsibilities:

Includes patient referrals, discharge planning, documentation, communication, and leadership activities.
