Job summary

Azria Health Clarinda is seeking a dedicated RN PRN to provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will work varied shifts (days, evenings, nights), administer medications, perform treatments, and document care, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

You will maintain high-quality records and support residents, families, and colleagues with compassionate, patient-centered care in line with Azria Health Clarinda's

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Point Click Care experience is a plus.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting resident care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.
