Job summary

VIVAGE in Colorado is seeking a registered nurse to plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with standards, regulations, and care plans to ensure the highest quality of care and dignity.

The role includes evaluating residents, coordinating admissions and discharges, and maintaining accurate medical records. Required are Colorado RN license, CPR, and 1–3 years of direct care experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid vacation. Salary: $40-44 per hour.

Qualifications

RN Position Summary

Plans and delivers nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to company’s mission, values, and standards of ethical behavior.
• Evaluates and monitors residents' condition and provides professional nursing care in accordance with care plan and doctor's orders.
• Provides input in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care in conjunction with facility interdisciplinary team members.
• Initiates emergency support measures when needed.
• Coordinates resident admission, transfer, and/or discharge, including completing appropriate forms and required documentation in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
• Performs assessment functions including identification of changes in the resident's physical or psychological condition (i.e., changes in lab data, vital signs, mental status).
• Ensures that nursing history is present in the medical record for all residents.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred; previous experience in a Skilled Nursing environment desirable.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or completion of an approved RN program required.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Colorado.
• Current valid CPR certification required.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance, and use (e.g., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.).
