BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Valparaiso and surrounding communities. Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time while enjoying the flexibility, support, and stability of a BAYADA nursing career.

We offer $35–$38/hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN options; no weekend requirement. Join us to stay close to home with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship.
