Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses for 1:1 private duty care in Mitchell and surrounding communities. You will provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time, with flexible scheduling and a supportive BAYADA team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience with home health care and 1:1 patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care to a single client in the patient’s home.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document care provided and communicate progress to family and supervisor.
