Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Leland, NC. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $32 to $35 and includes weekly paychecks, plus comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

The position involves applying the nursing process, delivering skilled care per orders, and monitoring patient status across assignments. Relevant licensure, BLS and basic testing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS certification current.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
