Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an RN to provide skilled 1:1 home care, delivering patient-centered care and education to families in their homes across shifts. You will monitor conditions, administer treatments, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.
