Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a 1:1 home health nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes. This role offers a manageable pace, consistent assignments, and meaningful relationships with patients and families.

You will provide nursing care, monitor conditions, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with care teams. It is a flexible role with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities and scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.

Requirements

Required:
