Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an RN to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes across Asheville, NC. The role offers day or night shifts with weekday or weekend availability and both full-time and part-time options.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering skilled nursing per orders, monitoring signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes, and documenting diagnoses with the care team.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where you will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
