Qualifications

• One (1) year Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
• Associate of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid and unrestricted RN license in any U.S. State or Territory.
• Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Observes and assesses health status of patients by physical examination, interviews, and review of health history.
• Initiates treatments and emergency measures based on provider orders and protocols.
• Records observations and nursing interventions in patient records and monitors data.
• Manages patients undergoing local anesthesia and IV sedation.
• Collaborates with medical/surgical teams to plan and implement care.
• Provides IV and respiratory therapy as indicated and follows care standards.
• Ensures sterility of materials and participates in quality assurance of patient care.
