Summary of Job Duties:

Work Schedule: Part-time at 0.60 FTE, nights. The Registered Nurse (RN) in the PRI Women's Inpatient Unit provides direct patient care, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and supports clinical practice improvements. The RN reports to the Clinical Services Manager and can be promoted based on experience and performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's)
• At least 1 year of RN experience
• Valid RN license in Arkansas
• Excellent communication, basic computer skills, strong work ethic, accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of RN experience
• Current BLS certification

Additional Information:

Employees must complete a UAMS conflict management training within six months of hire.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patient data, develop and evaluate care plans
• Administer medications, ensure care standards, and support evidence-based practices
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning
• Collaborate with staff and document care appropriately
• Participate in staff recruitment and standards development
