Provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Candidate Requirements for RN PreOp PACU Full Time Days

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, provide care utilizing the nursing process, and communicate effectively. The following are the minimum qualifications:

1. Minimum Licensure and Certification: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from your state of residence is required. If you hold an RN license from another Compact state, you must apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from your current state within 30 days.
2. BLS certification is required.
3. ACLS certification must be obtained within the orientation period.

Experience in surgical care as a technician or nurse is preferred.
