Archdiocese Of Boston W Region is seeking a nurse manager-level professional to oversee the Brockton Pregnancy Help office. The role provides client services, guides case management, and supports Pro-Life outreach across parishes.

The position requires RN or equivalent certification, a compassionate approach, and collaboration with medical and social services. It also entails one day per week Pro-Life office outreach and coordinating staff schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, confidential client services per Pregnancy Help Office guidelines.
• Assess client needs and coordinate with staff; manage helpline, appointments, tests, ultrasounds, and transportation to appointments.
• Consult Pregnancy Help Nurse Manager on difficult cases.
• Maintain complete and accurate Pregnancy Help client records.
• Oversee Brockton Pregnancy Help office operations with staff and in coordination with the Brockton Caseworker.
• Coordinate with the Pro Life Office for outreach, layette distribution, and inventory at storage sites.
• Provide training to staff on case management and health services.
