• The Professional RN II Preadmission Nurse works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care of patients including those in the following age groups: Infancy, childhood, adolescents, adult, and geriatric. Participation in performance improvement, in-service, safety, and cost management is ongoing. Responsible for pre-operative interviews and pre/post-operative teaching, screening, chart documentation, and preparation.
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses and Certifications Required
• Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure
• CPR certification required within orientation period
• Educational Requirements
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Official diploma or transcript from the school/university where degree was received
