Provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric populations through the intraoperative phase of care preoperative and postoperative phases. Continuously communicates with surgeon and anesthesia provider about patient condition. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Knowledgeable regarding the nursing process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Must have current WA State RN licensure. Must have BLS at hire or within 30 days of employment. ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire.
