Green Key Resources is seeking an RN Pre-Op/PACU Nurse Manager for a surgery center in Orange County, California. You will lead the Pre-Op and PACU nursing team and oversee the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care from admission through discharge.

The ideal candidate holds CA RN licensure, BLS, BSN or higher, and may have CPAN/CAPA and a master’s degree. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in California.
• BLS/BCLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and/or BSN.
• CPAN or CAPA certification preferred.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Nursing Department operations and day-to-day unit functioning.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care pathways to meet outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Provide leadership in delivering high‑quality nursing care.
• Demonstrate competence in caring for patients of all ages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
