Education/Qualifications:
● Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
● ACLS, PALS, or NRP (or obtained within three months of employment).
● BLS certification.
● Current state nursing license.
● Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.
● Preferably one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.
Skills:
● Effective verbal and written communication.
● Strong interpersonal skills.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality.
● Adaptability to changing priorities.
