Wisconsin Dells Health Services is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time PM shifts and casual PRN AM/PM shifts. The role offers referrals bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, six holidays plus floating holiday, life insurance, and on-demand pay.

The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate the plan of care under the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, delivering compassionate nursing care to residents and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and CPR certification are required.
• Compassion for older adults with a team-first approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.

Responsabilités

• Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift, providing nursing care through assessment, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care.
