As a PICU RN, you’ll implement our family-centered patient care model with advanced critical-thinking, compassion, and autonomy.

  • Clinical excellence: Use evidence-based guidelines to make informed clinical decisions.
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care.
  • Interpret complex patient data and respond quickly in dynamic situations.

  • Advocate for patients and families while upholding the ANA Code of Ethics.
  • Engage in governance councils, committees, and improvement initiatives.
