Allina Health is seeking a registered nurse for inpatient rehabilitation in Minnesota. This casual 0.0 FTE position involves 8-hour day/evening/night shifts with occasional weekend rotation, requiring ability to cover at least two shifts per month, including one weekend shift.
The RN will assess patient and family needs, develop and adjust plans of care, and coordinate care with the care team. MN or WI RN licensure is required at hire, with BLS certifications common to stay compliant.

Casual (0.0 FTE) 8-hour day/evening/night shift Occasional weekend rotation. This position will support inpatient physical rehab Minimum 2 shifts/ month preferably 1 of which is a Saturday or Sunday.
Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient’s care needs. Assists individuals with disability or chronic illness with attaining and maintaining maximum function.
Supplemental roles: Charge Nurse (only when acting in this role). Demonstrates ability to coordinate, delegate, and direct unit operation, collaborates effectively with unit staff, leadership and other disciplines.
Preceptor (only when acting in this role). Demonstrates ability to identify the orientee's learning needs, plans appropriate learning experiences and demonstrates ability to validate clinical competence of orientee.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $40.08 to $63.48 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
