Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• RN/LPN license or CMA certificate required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• 1 year pediatric experience preferred.
• Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient incoming telephone calls with orientation to scheduling and triage.
• Perform telephone assessments and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Schedule patients and document interactions in the EHR.
