Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is seeking a perioperative RN for a PRN Day shift in Texas. The role requires an Associate’s degree in Nursing and an active RN license with BLS CPR. CNOR/ACLS/PALS are preferred.

You will document care meticulously, involve patients in decisions, manage fluids and comorbidities, and educate patients about recovery. Work with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff to ensure safe, coordinated perioperative care and smooth transitions between care settings while

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• RN license required; BLS CPR required.
• CNOR ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Clinical experience in acute care or ambulatory surgery preferred.

• Monitors patient's condition throughout the perioperative period to ensure stability and comfort.


• Administers medications and pain relief according to the care plan.


• Utilizes evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines to inform the care plan.


• Collaborates with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.


• Ensures smooth transitions between different care settings or providers.


• Assesses patient medical history, current health status, and specific needs to develop a personalized care plan.


• Other duties as assigned.
