UCLA Health is seeking a Perinatal RN to provide expert nursing care for perinatal patients, including supervising interventions and coordinating complex patient care. The role involves floating between Ronald Reagan UCLA and Santa Monica UCLA L&D units with emphasis on the Ronald Reagan Perinatal units.
The position requires California RN licensure with BSN/MSN, BLS, NRP, and at least two years of Perinatal experience.

Shift: 12 hour night shifts and/or day/night rotating shifts including holidays and weekends; 3 shifts/week

In this exciting and rewarding position, you will provide exceptional nursing care for Perinatal patients. You will offer guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions, assigning related tasks, and managing complex patient care coordination.
You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions.
The expectation is to float between Ronald Reagan (RR) UCLA and Santa Monica (SM) UCLA L&D and couplet care units as censes needs require with main responsibility to Ronald Reagan Perinatal Units.
